We recently had our annual preventative maintenance performed on the Rho but lately we have been getting Error 2344 "UV-Lamp 1 Not Ready" after heavy use. It's been running between 8-16 hours per day for a week solid.
The manual doesn't say anything about this Error, only that it exists. Customer service closed hours ago (they are east coast) and I'm trying to figure out what is going on.
I thought maybe it was timing out due to how much we've been running the machine but now it's doing it every other print. Powering down doesn't resolve it either.
Anyone have a solution for this? As always, thank you!
