Got into the office to find an interesting E-mail from a
Michael Hill
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
who is with EBSCO Sign Group.

Apparently, they are "focusing their services to a specific dealer audience" as such they are, effective immediately, discontinuing certain dealer certification

Curious if anyone else got this notice.

I got the same thing and I am pretty ticked. I emailed them and they will not give me any information on why or if I can go through another dealer to purchase product.

our tries are also not forthcoming with the information on why this has happened what options are available

the theory that we have heard from other sources is since EBSCO Sign Group is three companies:
  • Stewart Signs = Retail,
  • EBSCO Signs & Displays = Dealers,
  • Outdoor Signs America = online sales.
They are focussing on the retail and online sales companies since that has a higher profit margin.

their website still allows you to apply to become a dealer
