Need Help Efi H1625 Led, keep getting error 1419

When I hit print I get an error that says my media is too far to the left. I can only get about 3" to print out of 48.

roll or rigid media? not sure I've seen that error on mine, but I'd say check the margins, side edge and media width settings and make sure nothing's out of whack there.

I kinda got it going, as manual find the media width... I am good to go

With the 1625, make sure you keep a copy of the cfg file someplace other than on that Pc. This will help prevent issues if you have computer issues. It wouldn’t be the first time a windows update went sideways.

You have to check your lead edge setting. Many times when you allow the printer to do a media scan (especially on dark, black or clear media) the printer won't see a lead edge and sets the lead edge at something crazy like 65". Set it at 2" and try again, that should eliminate your issue.
