Empty PNG's in Flexi 10

Anyone had this issue? Create a PNG with no background in PS, save it. in all my viewers the image is there, but when importing into Flexi, it's a blank image. I don't always get this problem though, I use PNG's often for contour cutting right to the image.

Try zooming out, that sometimes makes things magically appear.
I find that black and white .PSD are 100% reliable, just slap a bezier on it then contour that.

I've found that it's hit or miss if Flexi will apply a contour cut to a PSD though. Sometimes it does, sometimes it only applies it to the binding box even though the PSD has a transparent background.

Use bezier, enchanced corners, or enhanced curves, the latter two have tolerances you can adjust, one of them will get you a perfect contour 99% of the time. Instead of going through the trouble of setting up a transparent background in PS just make it white.
