I am currently using an Epson GS6000. We have been using this printer for over 5 years now with relatively no problems until now. However, the problem is currently only happening with our glossy vinyl material. It prints very spotty on some colors, but mainly on the right side of the image closer to the carriage housing. I have tried re-profiling the material and reducing the output ink with no luck. I'm not really sure what it could be, it is a very odd problem. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Any idea of what it may be or a simple solution? Thanks!
