Epson S80600 021 C printing red

We just got our epson running the other day and have had no problems but for some reason one one job I am printing 021 C like I do every day perfect but this keeps coming out red instead. I have even tried another job and it works fine. I have saved it as a new file and it is still coming out red. Has anyone had this happen before? I have no idea what I am doing wrong since it is working on every other job and file but no matter what I do on this its coming out red.

are you printing from a mac at all? I ran into an issue last summer with printing from a mac running windows, and the color of a previously printed file randomly shifted and nothing I did would bring it back. Switching to a Windows PC solved that problem.
