Hello Everybody,
I really need your help.
Since last Friday, my Mimaki CJV-30-60 shows up an error 51.
Please take a look at the following video :

After the error, the keyboard gets stuck, and nothing responds anymore, so the only solution is to poweroff.
The troubleshooting says to restart on error 51, but event with multiple restart, it doesn't work.
I checked the front and back sensor of the media, they are clean.
Also, after examining the boot up of the machine, compared the other machine that we have, the central unit is not detaching itself from the print head unit. This is unusual.
I'm out of ideas, please let me know if you have a solution.
