Error message when trying to profile with Caldera

I am trying to create a profile with Caldera for my HP L26500. When I open Easy Media, select the printer and click Next, I get an error message. It says, "easymedia: Exit with error".
I thought I needed to upgrade Caldera, but on Caldera's website it says L26500 is not supported. I've been using this rip software for quite a while with this printer, how could it not be supported? Is this even my problem? What else could be wrong? I am running version 9.

Did you update your version to 9.1 or 9.2?
Perhaps check your drivers?
I had an issue when I updated to 9.2 but didn't update the drivers.
I had the same error, I updated the drivers to the same version, 9.2 and my issue went away.
