I have a welder for only steel and not setup for aluminum
Can anyone recommend simple schematic on attaching/making steel brackets and inset this into the aluminum circle return and acrylic face ?

You can make this all out aluminum so that there is never rust that drops on patrons heads. Look into Lord adhesives, there are other companies that make adhesives that hold 1,000lbs per sq inch. Whoever does you sheet metal work would be able to knock this out. Sketch ? Make a retention system inside for the brackets, many ways to do it, just make it strong. good Luck
