Face And Halo Lit Channel Letters

When building face and halo lit letters and the halo is a different color than the face, does there need to be a baffle between different color LEDS (an H channel letter), or can you use white LEDS to light everything and just use a different color vinyl on the clear Lexan back?

Hi Linda, you are better of putting 2 different color leds. The halo is not bright enough if you apply vinyl to the clear lexan works but not efficiently. Depending on the depth of the letter you can adjust your baffle to avoid hot spots on the face for the back it doesn't matter. We call the dual view letters.
