FC-8000 Freezing

My Plotter has been freezing up either after or during it's cross cut routine or if I ask it to plot weed lines. Seems to cut normally(so far) but I'm having to cycle power after almost every plot. Ideas?

I dunno about a graphtec but a client had a cheap plotter and it didn't have enough ram(buffer storage) and it would act up if we didn't turn it off after each plot,...could it be that the spooling process is sending too much info to the plotter and the buffers are overflowing? or maybe some bad ram in the buffers?
