FC7000-130 Y Position Error (w/Videos)

Hey All, (First Post) I'm currently running into an issue. In the middle of cutting some decals (6 mil Concept 222 media) and on the last row, I received a Y Position Error. I shut it off, pulled the power plug for about 10 minutes, kept getting same error (See Video: ).

I Also had this realign rollers issue (carriage definitely sounds terrible when it starts to slide left): Video:

Any help would be appreciated, I just purchased this equipment last Monday.

Take the covers off and check that your Y origin sensor is still intact. Sometimes it breaks or just fails completely and so the tool doesn't know where it's home position is.
