fc7000 blade drag ?

we have a fc-7000 & we are trying to contour cut a graphic, everything cuts fine the only problem is that the blade drags across the material leaving scratches all over it.I've adjusted the blade depth & the pressure on the rollers but same thing. Anybody have this problem & if so any solutions. Thanks---Sean

Have you checked to see if the upper roller bearings on the head assy carriage have jumped off the guide rail?
