FC8000 Stopped finding marks

Ok just today my FC8000 has decided it doesn't want to find the marks after printing on my HP210. I am at the end of my rope here, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I would try factory resetting your plotter.

Turn off. Turn on and quickly hold up and enter. Go to set defaults. Look at the language. Reset. Set language back to what it was. Then power off and on again and try your cut again.

If the cut job is long, the factory setting on Graphtec is 6 feet cut length (Or somewhere there).
If it picks up a first set of marks and then stops around the same distance every time you try to scan them, that is the reason why it is doing it.

You have to find the settings and change the max length to something more (I believe I have it at 24 feet).

Hope that helps
