felxi 12 and rasterlink files

I am trying to send a file to rasterlink 6. I have flexi 12. When sending the file, rasterlink starts to read it and then deletes the file before opening. I can send each component of the print seperately and it will go.
The rasterlink program says it has 59 GB available in cpu usage and 15.98 gb available for the other. The eps file is 4.2 gb.

Any ideas as to what is causing this and how to fix it?
