Need Help files not opening in Versaworks

Hello Everyone,
So I have had my Roland VP 540 for about 6 years, still works great. So today I open versaworks and try to add a job to Que A (eps file, 3.1 mb) and it shows up like it is starting to load and just stays at 0% never loads in. So I shut down the software and try again with no success. I also tried loading in another file that I know I have loaded and printed before.

Any suggestions?

Change the file name. Sometimes a long file name does weird stuff in Versaworks.

Have you tried saving it in a different format or flattening transparencies and re-saving?

First thought, open file, resave and try to load again. Sometimes it seems something got corrupted in my files and a simple resave fixes the problem.

You might try a different file format, like PDF, if that doesn't work.

Definitely check transparencies. VW hates those for some reason.

File name rarely, but download the updates and patches for it. Also check how your file is exporting.
