Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone using Illustrator CS6 and FineCut 8 has an issue where it sporadically decides to ditch the connectivity settings in exchange for settings that clearly won't work.
We've configured the IP of our CG130-SRIII on all of the machines connected to the print network and every device drops these settings after a period of time and revert to the COM port, when it should be configured for LAN.

This person was using USB and the post was from a while ago. Does anyone have any ideas? I believe our firmware is up to date. When I work out how to find it, I'll post it up here.
