Flexi Cloud - Cannot view the Production Manager Screen

Hello all,
I have upgraded to Flexi Cloud from an older version. I am running a MAC with the latest version of Parallels. All has worked flawlessly in the past but i cannot view the production manager. I can print and I can cut BUT I cannot get to the Production Manager Screen to contour cut what I just printed. Any thoughts? PLEASE HELP :)
