Flexi Print "cannot Open Port" Error

We switched internet providers recently and now our HP Latex 110 Is not communicating with Flexi Print. It keeps asking for an administrator to "setup TCP/IP" and every time we go to print it says " cannot open port". Any tech help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you need to re check you ip address. Since you changed providers the IP address assigned to the Printer is probably now different then when you originally set it up. Go in the front panel of your printer and find the IP/Connectivity or something like that. Find the IP address assigned to the printer. Make sure in flexiRIP that the HP Latex 110 @ 168.192.0.000 matches whatever it says on the printer. You might just need to add the printer again.

Hey thanks for the input! We hadn't switched the HP 110 to auto detect IP. Once we manually input it the problem was solved!
