Software Help Flexisign 12 production manager job disappears...

Hello all, I have flexisign 12 and Production manager that goes with it. For some reason, when I try to print things my job with RIP fine, and act as if it is about to print, but once the status goes from 99% to 100%, my job disappears from the queue. Then my printer is trying to reprint the last print over and over instead of the job i just sent. I have a mutoh valuejet 1614 printing on 54" IJ180 mc-10 material. Anyone else experiencing issues with the production manager? and how to fix them?

In the rip or production manager there should be a choice that asks what to do with the job after printing. Right now it is set to delete the job. Change it to hold the job after printing.
