I have been to many font identifier pages with no luck

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Andy

Hard to say for sure with such a tiny sample, but Frutiger Bold Condensed looks like a match to me.

Thank you. I have been going crazy looking through fonts. It does match pretty good if its not it.

The font seems to have a bit of rounded edges.
I think Meddle OTF might be better alternative. See https://www.whatfontis.com/CR_Meddle-otf-700.font?text=Sports Medicine
