Font ID Please

The inlines are inconsistent.
I'd bet it's not a font and was hand-rendered.

Is it a 3 or a B?

It is being used as the letter B As in Constrution By Design. It is cut vinyl and all three on the truck are the same. BobM

Probably scanned artwork and then edited.... only the original person did a lousy job of it.

The bottom is Optima.

Less than 5 minutes to recreate.

a couple fonts that are close are viper squadron and also battlestar and they both can be found on dafont. once again these fonts are close but not perfect and can easily edited to match.

Battlestar it is with about 15 minutes worth of editing and I'll be good to go. Thank you BobM
