font id please?

My customer doesn't know the name of the font and doesn't have access to the designer anymore but doesn't want me to use something else since it's in their logo. What the Font couldn't do it. Does anyone recognize it or know where else I can try to get it identified? Thanks in advance!

just FYI another good web program to use is www.whatfontis.com - Identifies free fonts - I believe whatthefont only does commercial fonts
