Bottom one is somewhat similar to Aachen. You could modify it to match.
Dunno about the top one.

Also, if you attach a jpg to your post instead of a pdf you might get more responses.

Yea, I thought it was close to Aachen. Wasn't sure if that an actual font or a font modified. The bottom of the R is really funny looking. Let me know. Thanks Malkin (and Fred for reposting as jpeg).
