Font id please

I have that as Buckingham.
But it was from a 1000 fonts CD so it may not be called that, I looked on myfonts and couldn't find it.

It was called 'Tango' in my yellow and green Letraset book.

Jill, I notice the Terra Normal link doesn't credit the poor old designer or foundry, which seems a bit harsh
