One file is missing in the log zip archive - eventlog.db3. But files shows that there is a problem with the carriage motor. First of all - check motor brushes. The printer is (I guess) quite old, so brushes may require a replacement. Ideally, you could also replace the whole motor, but verification of the brushes requires just a few minutes (just do it with the printer switched off, safety first) and you don't need to spend money.
Of course, the same problem may be created by different reasons - problem with the power supply for the motor, damaged wires and so on, but check the brushes first.

Dear AlsEU,
First i would really to thank you very much for your great help. i will check today the brushes and let you know the result.
Thanks again

1. Make sure you lubricate the linear bearings and rails
2. Clean the encoder strip
3. Change the brushes from the carriage motor
4. Broken cables in the drag chains (making intermitent electrical contact)
5. You might have defective linear bearings

Hi Dear Pitzu and AlsEu,
I have followed all your guide, i still have getting sometime print failure.
I have notice that while printing the head is very sensitive, and the printing will stop if any soft tuch to the head.
I have enter the service mode and did the attached picture test and all test pass perfect.
And from the cycle carriage for 50 time never stop, and the head hard to stop ( not like printing mode any little tuch to the head the printing stops ) .
So is there any way to decrease the head sensitivity while printing ????

It might be a bit hard diagnosing this on the internet.
We were getting Motion Errors on our Arizona 360 and it took techs nearly a week on site to diagnose the problem. They replaced brushes and a motor then finally a main board. A cable too I think.
Thankfully we have a service contract on the machine or it would have been ugly.

Mechanism, which stops the carriage (and everything else - motors, pumps etc.) when you block the carriage is a part of the security system - any obstacles for carriage or gantry movement may be dangerous for the machine or operator, that's why when you touch the security cover around the carriage or block the gantry, everything will stop. This is the design and you can't change it.
If you have the SDS key, try to do the following:
- first of all, locate, where the encoder readers of the carriage and gantry are installed - you'll see golden stripes on the gantry (this one is for carriage reader) and on the side of the table, near gantry rails. Readers are hidden on the back side of the carriage and between the gantry and table. They are small black boxes looking at the golden stripes. Each one has a LED diode, which should be on all the time. Usually, the colour of the light is green, but it may be orange or red depending on the situation.
- when you find the readers, try to use tests from service menu to cycle carriage and gantry for 10 passes and look carefully to the reader if the light colour is changing across the whole pass. If you have red anywhere, this means the distance between reader and stripe is too long and that may cause problems

It is also possible, that the Firewire cable between the mainboard and carriage is damaged and sometimes this is the reason of stupid and annoying behaviour. Unfortunately, you can only replace this cable, there is no way to repair it (it works and the very end of the Firewire protocol specification and any electronic noise, induction etc. may create errors).

Dear AlsEu,
Thank you very much for for your really big help,
i have did every think you told, but all the test working just fine.
but yesterday i have changed the carriage motor with the gantry motor, after the motors change i have notes that the carriage start to be ok i think. but when i give any order to print the head move to the start position then error coming PRINT FIELD.

I read the log file i thing (i am not specialist ) the error is with gantry motor ()
EVENT: 00:22:20 : CAS 31-0-20: PrntCtrl error during the print.
Print state: Gantry toggle state: 0, 1.
UI Machine State changed from 10 to 11.

so does that mean the problem is from the motor and i have to replaced ? can you help me to confirm that please?
please check the attached log zip file

Both gantry and carriage stopped with errors - gantry log says, that it may be problem with over current or voltage, carriage log says, that it may be a lost connection. Did you check the brushes on both motors? The problem seems so awkward, that I would say it could be also the Firewire cable between the mainboard and the carriage (very often strange errors are caused by damaged Firewire). Error 31-0-20 is also very common and it's not possible to find a reason without further diagnostics.
