The foil motor on our Edge 2 has gone out and I would like some advice on buying a new one. I spoke with Graphic Marking Systems and a new one from Gerber is $450. They were going to sell me a used one, but didn't end up having one in stock. Any suggestions? I have an Edge 1 motor here that I am considering trying, but I know they are different. The Edge 1 motor only runs at one speed, but one speed is preferable to zero, so if that is the only problem, I may try it. Any advice?
