Need Help Gerber GS15+ connection

Hello all I need some help, I bought an Gerber FX and an GS15 plus but I can get the GS15plus connected.
I work on Win10 64 I tried it with the serial cable that came with it to usb no luck, I added an com port on the pc no luck tried an new null cable but still nothing.
It says "communication error GS15....... spooling Composer"
How can I test if the cable I have is any good.

I don't know I was the cable that was with it, Can I see that somehow.

Control from properties of Omega 6.0, Port location.

I instaled the plotter in the tray software select in the omega software. Try did several times an ways. Also change the com port bit rate ect. Or is the omega port properties something else. If so where can I find it.

Nobody any other tips to get it connected Please!

Not originals cables has a lot of problems of comunication, could you install it on "old PC" with serial port?

Or will perhaps an original Gerber USB to serial cable work on an new pc?

I had a similar problem with my GS15 on 64 bit system the usb to serial has to be a hi speed adapter such as
