Gerber Tempo 600 Feed problem

I recently purchased a New Tempo 600. But when I go to cut a .plt file it immediately feeds out the roll of vinyl and doesn't stop. I have to manually lift the friction handle to stop the action.

Frustrating as i think i am so close to getting this baby to work, so I can Work!!

Anyone have a clue here??????

So if anyone has this as a issue. Turns out is was a setting in the tempo itself. corrected under the Command function to be set to L1.L1. setting. machine was centering the material as opposed tot eh front left corner.
