What substrate are you all using for your giant checks?

We use "ultra board" - it's like foamcore, with styrene faces - so it's more durable than foamcore

PVC 6mm has been a good option for us

for the "budget" customers, 4mm corplast

Over the years, we've used shocard, gatorboard, various thicknesses of pvc and Cor-X.

Like Gino we've used many things, usually coro because they want them as cheap as possible. But PVC if the want a smooth finish
