Glow in Dark Vinyl

Hi

Our customer needs sign that can glow in dark. I checked Glow in dark vinyl, but it only glows for 30 min to 1 hour, after that it gets dimmer and dimmer. Is there any vinyl that can glow upto 8 - 10 hours? Any help will be great

Gerber sells a luminous film that will glow up to 7 hours.. needs as little as 3 minutes to charge. The 1 hour glow stuff is the economical stuff.
