Does anyone have a good PMS, CMYK or RGB code for a gold reflective ?

There is not going to be a callout for reflective colors. I assume you're printing - so load up reflective material and print a bunch of swatches and pick one you like.

If you’re working with 3M, this should at least get you started... like the others said, print samples and see how close you can get!
