We are currently seeking an experienced graphic sign designer.
The applicant must be skilled in Coreldraw (preferred) or Adobe Illustrator and
must have the following qualities:
* very creative
* good written & verbal communication skills,
* ability to pass a background check upon hire,
* excellent color vision,
* a valid drivers license,
* be organized, highly detail oriented,
* trustworthy and reliable,
* a strong work ethic, professional demeanor required
* ability to work in a fast paced environment
* basic math skills
The ideal candidate is a creative, self motivated team player who can work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best. Salary based on experience and skill.
Job duties include:
* recognizing and locating fonts when needed or re-create files
* must be able to re-create customer's existing logos or designs when they don't have
clean art files.
* must be able to follow customer's directions when creating artwork.
* will be creating artwork proofs for a wide variety of media such as signs, banners,
tshirts, business cards, brochures, decals, vehicle graphics, and just about anything else
imaginable.
* creating storefront signage, road signage, and vehicle wrap layouts.
* prepping artwork for output to plotters and digital printers. * reading measurements and understanding color contrast.
