graphtec ce5000 HP-GL 1 error

I just got a new graphtec ce5000-60 today. I keep getting a HP-GL 1 error when I try to cut. I am using cutting master 2 with corel draw x3. I even get the error when I tried to do the test cut with cutting master. Any ideas what I am doing wrong.

Try changing the COMMAND to GPGL mode. Pause>Next>COMMAND>GPGL>ENTER

yeppers, Cutting Master 2 has to run in GPGL mode.....There are other settings that need be used with GPGL mode, but all that stuff is in the Graphtec manual in the menu tree....
