Graphtec fc8600 & Flexi 10

having issues cutting with my Graphtec 8600 (54") and flexi 10.All of my Print/cuts are off and very inconsistent. we have ruled out the printer, and the materials beingthe issue. I'm told that i have to upgrade my flexi version. as far as i know a few other sign shops have this setup and have no issues. please help!
