Hi, My name is Maria.
I am currently working on a sign company in San Antonio and I really need some guidance.
We have a Graphtec JX1060, the printer part it gave up long time ago, but the cutter was working properly till yesterday.
First started by not reading the pinch roller to the left, I went and read on a post that there was a way to fix that problem by re-setting the plotter holding the up arrow while the plotter was powering up, I did that and did reset the plotter back to factory but now it reads PRINT, I was able to cut something but
it will stop and reads 0 RAM memory.
Don't have the manual and I am getting very frustrated trying to set it up to cut only.
Any ideas?
