Graphtec Not Communicating

For anyone who is having trouble getting their Graphtec to cut what you are sending it from, say, Flexi....I just solved my problem by.....

If you're going to use the cutter with a different cutting software, like Signblazer, Flexi, etc. the Command in the menu (on the plotter) must be on HP-GL.
GP-GL is for Graphtec cutting software. Like Cutting Master.

You get to the setting by "Pause", "Forward" to "Command", arrow up or down to HP-GL, "Enter".

I know this because I spent all day yesterday tearing my hair out before looking on US Cutter website and found the answer. Hope it saves you agony. Now it works like a charm.

Also newer versions of Flexi give you the option of selecting a GPGL driver. And, onyx now defaults to a GPGL driver.
So, know what you're sending before making that change.
