Grays print Green

Hi all,

I use an HP Latex 560 printer and Onyx 18 Postershop.

Just got this printer about 3 weeks ago and have been in the process of learning to work with it.

I am having issues with printing gray colors, specifically in images. They appear to have a green hue to them.

Does anyone have any solutions to fix this?

I'm sure it has something to do with the color management profiles, but I don't have much knowledge in finding and downloading the correct profiles I need.

I used to work with an HP Designjet L26500, but all of the profiles were already downloaded so I don't know too much about them.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Make sure you're using a profile for the media you're printing on, then do a calibration for that profile.

Do a calibration. If that fails, create a new profile.
