I heard on the news this morning that it's not a simple upgrade. Not just putting a disk in. You need to do some manual things, but they didn't elaborate.
Anybody know anything about that ?

According to the sales agent on the phone, it's only $125 at our Costco, even for the 64 bit 3-pack! cool!

Now I have to decide if I'm ready to upgrade.
