I just got off the phone with Mike for technical support for my printer, he helped to step toward in trying to fix my non-printing printer and really helped to calm my nerves, a huge help!!!

Also whenever I call in the Ft. Lauderdale office I always get superb customer service from Greg, Jose and Elizabeth!!!
