I own a graphtec CE5000-60 and this morning as i tried to load the media(poly flex for tshirts) I got the following error. I set the media on plotter lowered the lever and set the control panel at roll 1. i pressed enter and the cutting head started moving. When the head came to the first roller it should have made a brief pause but it did not. It kept going to the end of the plotter by passing both rollers and when hit the end of the plotter the control panel displayed "Y Position Alarm". I tried changing a few settings on the control panel(from roll 1 to roll 2 to sheet) but nothing happened. Any one got any ideas what might be causing this? Any help/advice i greatly appreciated.
