Our main print computer had a motherboard failure. My background is computers, I keep constant images of my print computer. I imaged it onto another machine. Re-registered my software, etc. Flexi 10 now opens and prints to my Mimaki Cjv30-130 but on the top bar the contour icon button is greyed out, and when I go to send a file to RIP the "Contour Button" next to driver options just isn't there.

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Flexi is notorious for having installation issues. If absolutely anything is out of the ordinary it seems to fail. I would delete the current machine setup and go through the setup process again making sure to choose hybrid machine. If that doesn't work, I would just reinstall the whole software.
