Help please / color profile issues

I have a Roland XC-540, use Versaworks to output. Color and files built in Photoshop, saved out as .EPS file output fine. Files created in Illustrator, saved as .EPS output muddy and do not match outputs from Photoshop. If I have to contour cut a graphic I have to sacrifice color. Anyone's help is greatly appreciated. i do not have alot of color profiling knowledge / experience.

Welcome.

You need accurate profiles for your printer/inks/media.

Building your own is recommended.
If that's out of the question try and find some close enough.

Do a search. Lots of info on here.
This same question comes up every week.

make sure you are exporting from illustrator in the same color space you are exporting from photoshop
