HELP! SP-300i Yellow not printing

I have a Roland SP 300i. It was printing just fine then it was relocated and im not sure what happened. The yellow is no longer printing. I have ink. The yellow prints out as magenta, magenta and blue and black. I ran several med. cleanings and one powerful clean and nothing. What should i do now?
