All of a sudden my printer is acting up. When it prints the black crop marks, they are oval shaped instead of round. The vinyl is starting to go offline also

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
In the menu, look for the item, "Environmental Match". Hit enter and it will automatically run a routine that re-calibrates the encoder strip. This is an easy and quick first step to fix the issue. It may or may not work.
As far as the media skewing goes, you may have worn out pinch rollers. How do they look?

i've seen this happen before and it has typically been the encoder strip. Usually dirty and needs cleaned or replaced.
