High Heat Vinyl

A good customer is wanting to start getting all of his warning decals from me & he buys a ton of them.
It would probably be a good on-going project, but the decals he has been getting
are polyester chrome on the adhesive side and white on the other and they're rated up to 200 F.
I can't sub them out because he uses a couple hundred different designs & wants to be able to order 20-50 at a time as needed.
Any thoughts?

I just had a phone call with Drytac about this, we do industrial labels for a few clients and the engineers sometimes spec vinyl that withstands very high heat (over 150 degrees Celsius) The only product they have that is solvent printable is an aluminum product like alumigraphics, it's good up to 180 degrees C (365 degrees F)

It's pricy, but specialty industrial decals usually aren't cheap!

Does the client actually need the temp rating? I think wrap vinyl would work a treat. I make industrial labels and use Arlon 6000XRP with 3220 laminate. Good for 176 degrees F.
