1) Become friends with your fellow shops in your area.

Take your three closest competitors to lunch once a month.
Talk about stuff.

Become friends.

You can trade jobs and employees to everyone's advantage.

Business is a game.

Cost = $65.00

Tell me I am wrong...

We work with other companies in our market, but have learned that some companies are not trustworthy and will do what they can to snake your clients.

Sad thing its mostly on false promises, that leave a bad taste in the clients mouth for the whole industry.

I had a competitor with a vacuum form operation and one crane.

I had three 80 foot trucks and no vacuum forming shop.

Don't collude, but, don't leave cash on the table.
I am not making this stuff up.

I am arrogant. Get over that.

Call me names. Invent a name I have never heard.

Call me wrong.....

Why not take all the jobs and all the good employees? Competition is called competition for a reason. The two compete. I have never seen a football game where teams decide to help each other score touchdowns and then somehow come out champions in the end.

Not big as big goes. But preddy gall dern big.

Ever pay people to sweep ?

you can't have a non-condescending conversation with anyone on this board much less your competitors.

I flew first class to Las Vegas a while back. On their dime (dollars).

The dude wanted me to tell him why he was failing.

There was a banner on the wall . . .

"If your not proud of it, dont send it out."

No s#it YOUR... and no apostrophe in don'''''t.

That is what you just failed at.

You should do that thing where you shut up and listen.

this is what I fix for a living.

Ha ha ha ha ha.
