How to print service history of Roland VG640

Hey guys,

Can someone please give me the steps on how to print the service history of the printer? Im not sure if I explain it correctly. Its a report where it shows the history of the printer when it was last serviced when the print heads were replaced. How old and how many hours on the machine.

I don't think the VG will print that info. I think you need to get a peck report using the Copeck tool. Then a Roland tech can save it as a format that you'd be able to read for you.
