HP 335 Cutter not cutting in correct spot

I have had my machines for a few months and love them. However, I recently and getting unusable results with my Summa plotter being the issue.

I’m using the hp barcode and the x axis is cutting about an eighth of an inch completely to the left. At first it was randomly doing this to some decals but now after I’ve messed with it it seems to be worse.
Any ideas on how to fix? I ran the calibration but don’t think it did any good. Picture attached for reference.

I was able to get it a little better, but it's still slightly off but now on the Y axis. One of the main things that seemed to have helped was to change the OPOS Media from 60 to 30. Any ideas on how to fix? I'll post a pic below.

You can see that the contour is slightly off.
