Hello Everyone,
My name is Terrell Brinlee with Humble Sign Co. and we currently are using an HP 9000s Series printer. Over the past few weeks we have noticed a lack of performance from our take up reel. From what we can tell, it seems as if the clutch within the "take up reel assembly" is failing. The motor spins fine.
Previously we have replaced this piece before for the same reason.
We are located in Houston, and are hoping that we could find someone in the area who is selling used parts for the HP 9000s printer. We are in a bit of a pinch, and I'm hoping that someone would be able to help.
Also, if one may have a fix for this issue, we're open to suggestions.
